  • We accept self-pay and some, but not all, insurances, depending on the provider.
  • We DO NOT have openings for MEDICATION MANAGEMENT. 
  • We DO NOT have any providers who work with children under the age of 16.
  • We DO NOT have a waiting list.
  • We DO NOT have openings for issues other than those listed above.
  • We ARE NOT able to respond to general inquiries outside of what is listed.
