Stephanie Rose holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons College in Boston. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Vermont.
Stephanie provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults using a compassionate, client-centered approach. She draws primarily from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative, psychodynamic and mindfulness techniques to help clients address anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, stress management, parenting concerns, pregnancy and prenatal anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, and more.
Stephanie believes that a collaborative relationship between client and therapist, and a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment, foster growth and healing. Her approach is client-centered: she understands that some individuals are interested in gaining insight from past experiences, while others wish to focus on developing coping skills for peace of mind and acceptance.
Stephanie accepts most insurances. She also provides a sliding scale for clients paying out of pocket. Her office hours are typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 until 5:00.
