Stress Management

Stress is an unavoidable part of life, yet if not managed well, can have a profound impact on one’s physical and mental health.

Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques as well as more structured stress management, CBT, and coping skills training are often an integral part of psychotherapy designed to reduce anxiety and distress while improving wellbeing and enhancing stress management skills.

All of our practitioners offer various stress management techniques as part of the treatment process.
