Individual Psychotherapy
In individual therapy, the therapist works with each client to develop a treatment plan that is attuned to the client’s needs, goals, strengths and life experiences. For some clients, individual therapy is combined with medication management, or with group, family or couples counseling to achieve the most benefit.
Our entire team of mental health practitioners is highly skilled in offering individual therapy and counseling services for clients over age 18. Several of our providers offer these services to adolescents aged 16 years and older as well. All services are currently offered in person and via telehealth, depending on the client’s needs and the provider’s discretion.
All of our therapists use a variety of effective treatment approaches to best serve each client’s needs, and all of our practitioners are licensed, stay current with new treatment options, and have extensive experience in the field.
