Our journey towards personal growth can be challenging and sometimes overwhelming to manage on our own. Change can be hard, but also possible and rewarding. Is depression, anxiety, worry, or stress preventing you from living your life to its full potential? Are you feeling worn down by the challenges of painful emotions?

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and I am here to create a safe environment and to support you on your path toward change. My practice focuses on teaching skills that improve one’s quality of life, overall functioning, and coping strategies needed to handle life’s difficulties. While my primary therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral and solution focused techniques, I view each client as a unique individual, and as such, tailor treatment to each person’s specific needs. My style is direct while empathetic and supportive. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly and feel supported as we work together towards achieving your goals.

I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of issues related to trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and parenting challenges.

I graduated in 2013 from Johnson State College with my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I am a native of Poland and I’ve lived in Vermont for almost two decades.

I currently accept BCBS, Cigna, MVP, Medicaid.
