I believe that the therapeutic process is unique for each person. Therefore, I use a client centered approach that is strength based and individually tailored to match each person’s specific goals. In order to best facilitate growth, therapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist that is built upon a foundation of trust and respect. I use techniques drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative, and solution focused perspectives. I am a Certified Trauma Expert, and have over 11 years working with children, adolescents, and adults. This work has included individual, family and group therapy in both private practice and school based settings.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule an appointment. I accept most insurances and can be reached via email at or by telephone at (802) 654-7607 ext 133.
